Join us at 889 Acacia Rd in Comox for a day (and night) of games, food, community and fun!
2pm - 6pm – All ages. Kid-focused #
- Face painting
- Costume contest (everyone wins)
- Craft stations
- Pumpkin decorating
- Kid-centric snacks and drinks
- Games
- S’mores (adult supervision required)
7pm - 11pm – 19+ (kids welcome) Adult-focused #
Costume contest (pay to play - prizes to be won)
- Drink ticket included with ticket price
- Beer, Wine and Cocktails available (feel free to bring your own libations)
- Charcuterie provided by The Mustard Lady
- S’more kits for purchase (savory or sweet!)

All proceeds will go toward direct aid for families in Gaza – no one turned away for lack of funds. This is an OUTDOOR event (there will be a bonfire to keep warm – please have kids supervised)
If you plan to drink and need a ride please let us know so we can help you arrange something. Don’t drink and drive – overnight parking is available.

- This event is outdoors in a backyard with some bumpy terrain.
- Wheelchair access is available to the right side of the house.
- The nearest accessible washroom is at Tim Hortons (727 Anderton Rd Unit 200).
- Masks are welcome but not required.
- Tents will be provided for shelter with seating available.
- There is an indoor washroom up some stairs and through a screen door with a sill. The inside of the house is not a scent-free space.
- Please let someone on the organizing team know if you have any needs during the event.
